A fortune from the caves, the brandy of Chateau Ksara was created by the Jesuit Fathers. Made from two superb vintages (1937 and 1945), it has strong notes of liquorice and chocolate (40% alc./vol.). There exists a limited quantity of The Vielle Eau de Vie bottled in 1998. Served as a digestive, it rivals the finest cognacs.
